simple and fun
I workout while watching tv...my husband likes it more than me so we take turns. ;) It's an easy fun workout, but I wouldn't recommend it for someone that wants to see results quickly because you wouldn't get them. Think of it as an additional helper to your other-more rigorous workout.
Nice addition to fitness toy box
I have a box where I keep exercise equiptment that the kids can use whenever they want without supervision. My fitness toy box. This twist board is a nice addition to the toy box. It is good for twisting. Use the resistance tubing for balance when twisting or for curls. The kids, 4 & 10, actually have fun trying to use it. It serves it's purpose of giving me a good twisting exercise and inspiring the kids to use it. 5 Stars because it is inexpensive and totally usable by my family and me.
Great for mini-work outs 4 arms, waist & abs
I'm 5'5" & 115 lbs and I do go to the gym and this mine does have resistance. I just jump on it for a minute and it gets my heart rate up. I also love it because you don't have to set aside time to do it. You can jump on it at anytime, don't need special clothes, shoes or gear. Leave it out where you see it & use it whenever you see it.
Try different ways of pulling the straps (the paper that comes with it doesn't illustrate all the things you can do). Try holding your hands out, facing down & pull up - this works the triceps (back of the arm that gets flabby even if your thin) as well as your abs!
