Avoid this product!
After ~20 sets of 20 reps, 20-30 lbs, D ring separated and the nylon D-ring attachment ripped. Totally worthless. Try another product.
Great Product!!!!!
I am so glad I purchased this strap. I wanted to do cable kickbacks at the gym, but they didn't have an ankle strap attachment. It is easy to use and I keep it in my car so I don't leave it at home.
Problems.....
The ring is split, and when I was doing Reverse Hypers, the ring bent and separated.
Fortunately, I have a welder, and was able to spin the ring, weld it solid, grind it smooth, and re-orient to to fix their horrible design. Alternatively, you could replace it with another ring that is complete instead of split (like a key ring), but it's crazy you have to do this on a new product to make it work.
As others have mentioned, if the ring fails someone could get hurt.
